4. Provide detailed Method of Procedure (MOP) for switching unit substations to PSGB on Saturday and PSGA on Sunday.
5. MOP is based on current single line diagram.
6. All work is to be performed on de-energized equipment only.
7. All work will be performed on Saturday and Sunday. Identifying and verifying locations of manholes will be performed on straight time.
8. Our proposal is based on the assumption that work will flow in a continuo us, sequential, adjacent area-by-area manner, with adequate time allowed for electrical work in the construction schedule. Work stoppages and work requested to be performed in a non-continuous or compressed manner may result in a request for an upward adjustment of the contract value.
9. Includes the cost of bond.
