Dear Jim:
We have reviewed the San Francisco 49ers submission for field-level seating for the 2022-23 season, based on our review, your submission is in compliance with (i) the requisite distancing from the field to the stadium wall, (ii) padding installation pursuant to the Mandatory Practices for Vertical Surfaces, and (iii) the ability for operational personnel to move safely along the endzones without obstruction. In accordance with the foregoing, conditional approval has been granted for:
• North end zone seating structure of (44) seats located in front of sections 101-105 • South end zone seating structure of (26) seats located in front of sections 126-129
Field seat locations and set up may not be changed without additional separate approval from the League office. If it is determined at any time during the season that the field seats disrupt general game operations, NFL Football Operations reserves the right to request modifications to the structure.
Finally, your field seating approval is subject to change based on any applicable Game Day protocol restrictions in effect for the 2022-23 season.
