In Section 3. A. the attached Agreement mentions cost, which is billed to the City's Stadium Authority for Non- NFL events. Specifically it states: "The rates listed below may be periodically adjusted by the Authority effective July 1 of each year to a mutually agreed upon rate." There's just one tiny problem. The document does not contain dollar rates anywhere, including "below" section 3.A. Doesn't that mean amounts can be made up on the fly? I oppose ratifying this incomplete document.

Our city council should be beyond reproach - show us the information Kevin Park. If it is not true, you should have no problem doing so.

Every Council-member should fulfill his or her civic duty as well as follow applicable laws. Mr. Park is no exception. I support Craig Larson's petition.
