Cynthia,
No change in our status. We are happy to lease the property directly and provide sanctioned activities as soon as we can have a lease directly with the city.
Thanks

Good afternoon,
On December 6, staff will be providing at update to the City Council on the status of the BMX lease. The last correspondence I had received indicated that USA BMX was not interested in working with PAL and would not sanction the facility if PAL remained the operator. It has been several months since that correspondence so I just wanted to circle back with you to reaffirm that this continues to be the position of USA BMX.
Can you please let me know what your position is at the current time? Thank you!
