• Current Status:
Implemented - The City has taken corrective action related to the issues regarding this finding. The City has also updated its Policies and Procedures manual to detail steps for updating the FFATA database. Within 30 days of receiving federal funds, the FFATA database will be updated with the new federal awards. Further, when sub-awards are given that exceed $30,000, or if any awards less than $30,000 are amended during the fiscal year to exceed $30,000, said sub-awards will be added and/or updated in the FFATA database. Lastly, if awards are amended during the fiscal year, the FFATA database will subsequently be updated.
HUD issued a management decision on May 27, 2022 and is requesting verification of the policies and procedures manual updates. City staff submitted updates to HUD on 3/10/23.
