SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. The applicant shall comply with all Zoning Ordinance regulations regarding temporary and permanent structures and shall obtain all necessary permits required by the City’s Building Inspection Division and Fire Department.
2. The applicant shall obtain Fire Marshal approval and comply with the Fire Department directives and requirements.
3. The Applicant shall coordinate ingress and egress to the North Parking Garage and main Parking Garage with the City of Santa Clara’s Traffic Engineer and traffic control with the Sant Clara Police Department in advance of the concert event.
4. This Special Permit allows event parking setup to begin up to 72 hours prior to the concert event.
5. The concert event shall comply with the City’s Noise Ordinance and not exceed 55dBa at the nearest offsite residential property line from the concert venue.
6. A University Liaison shall be designated to investigate and respond to noise complaints or issues arising during this event. The name and contact information of the University liaison shall be posted on signs clearly visible from the nearest public street right-of-way for the duration of activity.
7. The concert shall conclude no later than 10:00 p.m.
