I am a multicultural person, born in Kenya, later moved to India, and then to The United States. I understand the importance of preserving the historical landmarks of any place, which is directly related to preserving its cultural, educational, and economic legacy. I want to be a part of the city's storical and Landmark commission to support its planning and preserving our city's rich cultural heritage and landmarks. Also, help in planning to restore and exhibit the historical landmarks for educational purposes and tourist attractions.
My Goals:
Advertise and promote historical landmarks for public awareness and tourism Community outreach for the owners who have properties marked as historic landmarks and guidance Collaborate with local schools and present heritage sites for educational purposes Plan events at the historical sites to generate funds
Community reach out in form of presentations in cooperations and various cultural and historical societies Additional Information
