easement acquisition of $2.8 million for the South
Loop. The remaining amount will cover closing
costs and future close out items that are expected

required for the use of unused balances).

Capital Outlay 55,000 Increases the Capital Outlay budget to cover price increases for six electric vehicle trucks for Public
Works, SVP, and Finance. These replacements
were budgeted as part of the replacement schedule
and will replace gasoline powered vehicles. The
price increases are covered by the Greenhouse
Gas program in the Electric Operating Grant Trust
Fund which was already budgeted as part of the
$1.5 million transfer in as part of the Adopted
Budget (five affirmative Council votes required
for the use of unused balances).
