It's unfortunate that 49ers stadium revenue for the city hasn't met rosy promises made before the stadium was built. It's too bad that Council members decided to give up on lawsuits that might have brought in more money from the stadium. Now Council members must tax constituents, which is always a good look in an election cycle.
