Request from Councilmember Becker to Agendize for Future Council consideration the Release to the Public of the Report of the Investigative Findings Prepared by the Van Dermyden Makus Law Firm regarding a complaint of alleged misconduct at the August 30th, 2022 Closed Session of the City Council.
Item to be placed on the November 7th, 2023 agenda per a prior discussion with the City Attorney.
