GENERAL BUSINESS

3. The City Hall Relocation Study Consultant Will Present the New Added Case Studies, Concept Refinements, and Financial Strategies for the Study.

The consultant provided a presentation on the City Hall Relocation Study including presenting the added case studies, concept refinement, and financial strategies, and requested that the DCTF provide feedback on a concept preference for which three schemes were provided. The DCTF discussed the item and asked questions of the consultant.

Public Comment:
- Mary Grizzle thanked the consultant for their additional work on this item. - Noah MacDonald stated the 3rd option was preferable, city hall as its own thing, otherwise the concept is to complicated.

A motion was made by Member Varshney, seconded by Member Thai, that scheme number two, City Hall with Mixed Use in a Partnership, be recommended for approval to move forward as the scheme to be included in the Study. The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye: Thompson, Ondrasek, Mayer, Vargas-Smith, Coyne, Varshney, and Thai
