Type of event:
● Temporary facility for Acura employees to utilize during the remodel of the main dealership.
The facility will consist of a pre-manufactured office trailer 60’x36’ and a restroom trailer 48’x12’. The trailers will sit at the (E) North parking lot of the property. See trailer plan for layout. Trailers to be in use during normal business hours. Hours are Monday thru Saturday 7am-6pm.
There are 24 employees working at this temporary modular facility at any given time throughout working hours. 175 parking spaces are existing, 30 are being removed with 145 remaining. 88 spaces are required leaving a surplus of 86 spaces.
Duration:
● Start date pending approval. Trailers to be on site for (9) months or roughly 270 days.
Scope of Work (setup & cleanup details):
● Trailers are pre-manufactured and only need minimal work for setup/installation. Scope will include trailer dropoff, leveling & anchoring, connecting / waterproofing (3) 60’x12’ modular units, ADA ramping, temporary electrical sub panel feeding trailer panels.
Removal consists of disassembling of temp electrical, ramping and modular units.
