Considerations
• Council approved the Planned Development (PD) zoning for the two office buildings, one retail building, and one parking garage in 2009. • At the time of the 2009 rezoning, the Council also approved a tentative parcel map, similar to the current proposal, but that tentative map expired. • Proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and zoning designations for the property, Building Code, and other applicable requirements.
• The proposed Tentative Parcel Map was reviewed by the City's Subdivision Clearance Committee and determined to be complete on December 12, 2023

Staff Recommendation
1. Determine that the Project utilize prior certified Environmental Impact Report per Section 2108.3 and 15183 of the CEQA Guidelines; and
2. Approve a Tentative Parcel Map to create a single lot subdivision for three commercial condominium lots at the property located at 2360 Mission College Boulevard
