What updates? Hasn't been one since this major Too bad the map is completely useless. No Still no power!! 16 hours. They need a better outage started. And BTW your useless map says status, no timelines to fix, numbers of affected way to update people. That map is inaccurate my area has power now, it doesn't, hasn't for 7 customers clearly random. The green area cannot and calling the number gives no information. hrs. Who'd you hire to update it, a 3rd grader be 18 customers. with crayons? Social Media Comment

We've been out of power since 330 pm This is ridiculous, our neighborhood is not even Thank you for the hard work under dangerous yesterday! Went down to main office this listed as affected and we've been manually conditions. I'm starting to understand why it can morning to report our block wasn't on outage pumping water out of our basements for 4 hours, be difficult to communicate/ update in a timely map. Was informed they're aware of our block nobody even picks the phone to report the manner. I would rather the crews continue their but as of yet, no update on outage map and no outage work uninterrupted then have to report their crew to repair transformer on Barton/Flannery as progress back to headquarters. Assuming this is of 130 pm today! Unacceptable! Social Media Comment the reason for the poor or poorly updated communication to customers. Thank you again.

66 hank you for your work. The hours are long an SVP crews did an outstanding job restoring The District is so grateful to SVP for the incomfortable due to weather. My guess is tha service during yesterday's storms. I can only extraordinary work that has been done. 11 c those working to restore power have families imagine how miserable the working conditions that are making sacrifices and taking on extra were and l appreciate the heroic efforts made by responsibly during this time. I am grateful my all involved. I notice and appreciate their power is back. I have no complaints about the rofessionalism and unwavering commitment. School District me it took. We can't control weather and how a huge contribution to our communit flects the systems we depend on. Thanks agair Resident Email to Council Social Media Comment
