I, Shannon Bushey, Registrar of Voters of the County of Santa Clara in the State of California, do hereby declare as follows:
A Statewide Direct Primary Election was held in the County of Santa Clara on March 5, 2024;
The results of the election were canvassed by the County of Santa, Office of the Registrar of Voters in accordance with applicable provisions of the California Elections Code; and,
The Statement of Votes show the total number of ballots cast, the number of votes cast for or against each candidate and for or against each local measure, the numbers cast in each City, County, Assembly District, Congressional District, Senatorial District and Supervisorial District located in whole or in part in the County in which appeared on the ballot; and, that all totals shown on the statement of Votes are fully, true and correct.

A Presidential Primary Election was held in the County of Santa Clara, in the City of Santa Clara, on March 5, 2024 for the purpose of submitting the following measure to the voters:
A Shall an amendment to the City Charter providing that the City Clerk position be appointed by the City Manager be adopted?
The official canvass of the returns of the election was conducted by the Office of the Registrar of Voters in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California.
The Statement of Votes Cast, now on file at my office, shows the whole number of votes cast for Measure A in each of the precincts and the total shown is true and correct.
