Dear City Council & Board Members,
I want to thank you for your dedication to serving our great City of Santa Clara. I know you have hammered out a great deal for Santa Clara residents with the 49ers. I urge you to support it since it is mutually beneficial to the city of Santa Clara and the 49ers to resolve it. The stadium is wonderful asset that should be taken advantage of, but years of lawsuits have adversely affected our ability to get major performances at the stadium. This has cost the city, and local businesses small & large millions of dollars! Let us not continue to pay endless legal fees from our general fund, we have so many other pressing Infrastructure needs like repairs to the Central Park Pool. It is my opinion that the publicly available terms of this deal represents a fair & reasonable deal for all parties, so / would urge the SC City Council to unanimously approve it.
PS Santa Clarens would love an opportunity to purchase tickets a couple of days in advance of ticket releases for events at the stadium as other venues and credit card holders are allowed now.
