AMENDMENT ONE
TO THE
ORACLE PUBLIC SECTOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT
SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
CITY OF SANTA CLARA AND
ORACLE AMERICA INC.
This Oracle PUBLIC SECTOR Technical Support Services Agreement Amendment One (this "Amendment") amends the Oracle PUBLIC SECTOR Technical Support Services Agreement, US-PS-TSSA-2030492 dated January 14, 2019, and all amendments and addenda thereto (the "Agreement") between City of Santa Clara ("You") and Oracle America, Inc. ("Oracle").
The parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. In Section 2. AGREEMENT TERM , delete the phrase "five" and replace it with the phrase "ten".
2. In Section 2. AGREEMENT TERM, add the following:
Orders may be placed under this Agreement for ten years from the Effective Date (indicated below in Section 18). The Parties agree that this Agreement remains valid through the new expiration date set forth in this Amendment One, and the validity of the contract during the term prior to such expiration date is hereby ratified.
Subject to the modifications herein, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
