For the purpose of transparency, Robert O'keefe is one the members who are a part of this Grand Jury who wrote this report. A Gillmor-endorsed clerk candidate this year, ironically shares the same sentiments Mayor Gillmor unwaveringly spouts time and time again regarding council members who do not agree with her. This Report is nothing more than factless complaints the mayor wishes the pubic and council to accept as truth, merely because a grand jury wrote it - By her peers.
