I have submitted detailed recommendations to the City Clerk concerning Levi’s Stadium management, including mandated forecast reports, safety and crowd management SOPs, and proactive risk disclosures from the 49ers Management Company. Transparency and accountability are imperative for World Cup 2026 preparedness.

Martinson Child Development Center is a vital resource for families as many other daycares, yet nearby encampments on Hope Dr pose significant safety and sanitation risks. Please bring permanent solutions and enforce laws to keep this area secure for young children.

Families and children deserve safe, clean streets. Hope Drive and Bassett Street have become a dumping ground, with RVs taking over residential parking. This is unfair to taxpaying residents! The City needs to act NOW to restore our community. We need security cameras, proper enforcement, and clear parking regulations to prevent this issue from continuing.

Critical Recommendation: Justification and Contractual Clause Should the Manager refuse to provide any specific report or information, the Stadium Authority must insist on a detailed justification, explicitly referencing the contractual clause permitting such refusal. Transparency and accountability are essential to maintaining public trust.
I’ve shared detailed recommendations with the City Clerk, including forecast reports, safety SOPs, and risk updates from the 49ers Management Company.

Where are plants and nature, biodiversity? This "park" consists of hard-scaped PIP petroleum based synthetics, plastic turf, and so on. Once built, handling & replacing worn synthetics in 7-10 yrs will be someone else's headache, not the builder's. No environmental justice, just plastic for "affordable units." See http://tiny.cc/PlaySurfaceTuri (Toxic Use Reduction Inst. at U. Mass) Real parks have real plants.

Not sure how to answer. I support the appeal. I oppose the installation of a cell tower on the church grounds, and I oppose the staff recommendation. The city should require that alternative sites get a rigorous consideration, not a flippant rejection. Y our citizens deserve a higher priority than the profits of AT&T and a church that already enjoys the rent from a number of cell towers on its roof.
