I’m sending you this subrogation packet regarding the loss that occurred on 07/26/2025.
The City of Santa Clara’s water main broke and caused resulting water damage to our insured’s property. We feel the City is negligent for this loss, as they had a duty to make sure their water main was in good condition and repair. We are requesting full reimbursement of our damages in the amount of $117,449.03, which includes our insured’s $10,000.00 deductible.
