CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Gibbs called to order the Special Meeting at 4:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present with the exception of Mayor Weste, who arrived after the real property negotiation item at 5:05 p.m., and Councilmember Smyth.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR AGENDIZED ITEMS
Addressing the Council were Kody Amour regarding Dockweiler Drive Extension and pending City litigation, Douglas Fraser regarding anticipated litigation, and Steve Petzold regarding real property negotiators.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of the matters below and that Mayor Weste will not be participating in the first item because it involves her property:

Mayor Weste reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:09 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was required to be reported.
OPEN SESSION
ITEM 1
REVISED TESORO DEL VALLE PROPERTY TAX TRANSFER RESOLUTION A joint resolution revising the exchange of property tax revenue for the proposed Tesoro Del Valle Annexation Area.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
City Council adopt a joint resolution revising the exchange of property tax revenue for the proposed Tesoro Del Valle Annexation Area.
Senior Planner Patrick Leclair provided the staff report.
