The westerly 10.00 feet of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 15 West, S.B.M. as described in Parcel 2 in deed to the County of Los Angeles, recorded as Instrument No. 3436, dated July 9, 1963, in Book D2096, Page 136 of Official Records in the office of the County of Los Angeles, in the City of Santa Clarita, of said County State of California.
Excepting that portion lying southerly of a line having a bearing of North 89°08’22” East, distant 196.53 feet from the Northeast Corner of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 4 North, Range 15 West, S.B.M., as measured along the easterly line of said Section 20, said line being the easterly prolongation of the southerly line of a 15.00 wide easement (Easement No. 3702) pending recordation for Soledad Canyon Relief Trunk Sewer, Section 4 (Drawing No. SC-p-0008).
Easement containing 7,569.22 Square Feet more or less or 0.17 Acres more or less.
