That portion of a 10.00 foot wide strip of land as described in deed to the County of Los Angeles, recorded as Instrument No. 3444, dated July 9, 1963, in Book D2096, Page 151 of Official Records in the office of the County of Los Angeles, in the City of Santa Clarita, of said County, State of California lying southerly of a line parallel with and distant 203.00 feet southerly, from the northerly line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20 as measured along the easterly line of said Section 20, said parallel line being the southerly line of Quitclaim Deed to County Sanitation District No. 26 of Los Angeles County recorded as Instrument No. 78-1406813, dated December 19, 1978 of Official Records in the office said County Recorder.
The sidelines of said strip shall be shortened or lengthened northerly at said southerly line of Quitclaim Deed to the County Sanitation District No. 26 of Los Angeles County and southerly at the southerly line of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20 Township 4 North, Range 15 West, S.B.M. as described in said Instrument No. 3444, dated July 9, 1963.
Easement containing 4,573.77 Square Feet more or less or 0.10 Acres more or less.
