Mayor Weste called to order the Special Meeting at 4:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present, with the exception of Councilmember McLean, who arrived at 4:40 p.m., and Mayor Pro Tem Gibbs participating remotely.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR AGENDIZED ITEMS
No requests to speak were received.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE MURAL ROOM Mayor Weste recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 4:33 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Weste reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 5:16 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Weste adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:16 p.m.
