Phase II Scope of Work
1. Walkways and Parking
Walkways, Ramps and Stairs from upper site to lower site..
Pathway lighting along walkway.
Concrete walkway surrounding the area that includes the play areas, picnic tables and basketball court.
Existing Parking Lot to be enlarged to accommodate additional spaces.
New Parking Lot to maximize available spaces, accessible stalls included.
2. Site Amenities:
New Restroom building with large storage area for maintenance operations.
Outdoor Basketball Court
New shade canopy structures
2b Community gathering areas
Covered trash enclosures / receptacles
Outdoor games
Athletic Field
Via Joyce Drive Baseball field with lighting
Bleachers with canopy shades for spectators.
1c Landscape Planting and Irrigation
2a Landscape and Irrigation improvements to the park would include but not be 1b limited to turf, shrubs, trees and automated irrigation system.
Sitework South of Athletic Field
Provide 4' wide minimum dirt trail along existing dirt trail, where exists. 2d
Provide new 4' wide dirt trail running east and west.

General Notes:
LIMIT OF PHASE I WORK 1. Grading and drainage shown are conceptual only. Exact grading and drainage shall be determined during final design. Some areas around the new ballfield may require concrete block retaining walls. Those walls have not been shown at this time.
2. The continuous ramp indicated between Phase 1 and the new ballfield is indicated for reference only based on conceptual grades shown. Final ramp design to be determined. Ramp to include all accessibility requirements per Chapter 11B, California Building Code.
3. All new trees indicated are conceptual only. The final types, sizes and locations to be determined during final design. Locations of existing trees shown are to be field verified.
4. All areas shaded in green to receive new irrigation, including automatic Joyce SO, PER PO. NO 218 controller, automatic remote control valves, irrigation heads and quick couplers. Sprinkler type requirements to vary per type of vegetation. e
