Mayor Gibbs called the Special Meeting to order at 5:34 p.m.

All Councilmember were present, with the exception of Mayor Pro Tem Smyth.

CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a:

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM Mayor Gibbs recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:38 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Gibbs reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:14 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that future meetings concerning districting will take place in the City Hall Council Chambers.
ADJOURN
Mayor Gibbs adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:15 p.m.
