CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Gibbs called the Special Meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present, with the exception of Councilmember Weste.

Addressing the Council was Steve Petzold.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Government Code Section 54956.8
Property: Assessor's Parcel Nos. 2833-001-087; 2833-004-097; 2833-005-011, 012, 013, 014; and 2833-005-902, 903, 904 and Lyons Avenue within the boundaries of those listed APNs
Negotiating Parties: Laurene Weste and County of Los Angeles City’s Authorized Negotiator: Kevin G. Ennis, Special Counsel, and Ken Striplin, City Manager

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM Mayor Gibbs recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:32 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Gibbs reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:06 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Gibbs adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:07 p.m.
