The City has retained Willdan Financial Services (Willdan) for the purpose of assisting with the annual levy of assessments for these districts. Pending the adoption of these resolutions, Willdan is directed to prepare an Engineer’s Report concerning the installation, construction, or maintenance of any authorized improvements in accordance with Article 4, commencing with Section 22565, of Chapter 1 of the 1972 Act.
Subsequent to this action, the City Council will consider the adoption of resolutions declaring the City’s intention to levy assessments for FY 2023-24 at their regular meeting of June 13, 2023. At that time, the City Council will also consider preliminary approval of all Engineer’s Reports prepared by Willdan. If approved, a public hearing will be scheduled, ordering the FY 2023-24 levies.
