CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Smyth called to order the Special Meeting at 5:32 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present, with Councilmember Gibbs participating remotely.

No requests to speak were received.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM Mayor Smyth recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:33 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Smyth reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:11 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Smyth adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:12 p.m.
