The AGENCY also reserves the right to add/delete the quantities to the existing bid items, or delete the entire bid item if they are found not required by the Agency during the course of the construction, or add new bid items or scope of work by Contract Change Order at any time during the project up to the last contract working day.
The BIDDER agrees to hold all unit prices in this Bid Schedule constant throughout the duration of the project up to the last contract working day.
