Responsible for overseeing security operations at each assigned site. Conducts random, unscheduled inspections to ensure guards are properly equipped, adhere to uniform and appearance standards, and fulfill their post -specific duties. Ensures that on -site training is completed for all security personnel at each assigned site. Responds to emergency situations and covers posts as needed.
Available twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week, three -hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year to monitor and manage scheduling and ensure staffing is maintained for every active site. Our dispatch team is the first in line to regulate any staffing issues as they are the first to be notified when guards are on/off duty and works closely with our Quality Control Officers to ensure all guards are properly servicing each site.
