Attorneys' fees or other costs incurred in collecting any delinquent amount shall be paid by the client.

PEI’s proposal (response file and project fees) is signed by an individual authorized to bind PEI. This proposal is a firm offer for a 120-day period, and the proposed work will be performed at our “not-to-exceed” price listed above.
