IN THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Being a portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 15 West S.B.M. in the City of Santa Clarita, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described in whole as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the southerly line of the land described in Document No. 2280 recorded November 24, 1969 in Book D4563, Page 398 in the office of the Recorder of said County. with the westerly line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, said point lying North 00°00'21" West 614.22 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 21; thence along said westerly line of said Section 2.1, North 00°0021" West 118.73 feet; thence leaving said westerly line, North 90°00'00" East 19.26 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave southwesterly having a radius of
