CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Miranda called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at 5:16 p.m.

All Councilmembers were present.

Addressing the Council was Douglas Fraser regarding the Anticipated Litigation matters.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, indicated that none of the matters related to manufactured housing and advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a:

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM Mayor Miranda recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:18 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Miranda reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:01 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was required to be reported.
