Mayor Miranda called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m.

Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a:

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM Mayor Miranda recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:31 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Miranda reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:05 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was required to be reported.
ADJOURN
Mayor Miranda adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:05 p.m.
