CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Miranda called to order the Special Meeting of the City Council at 5:16 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION FOR AGENDIZED ITEMS
Addressing the City Council was Douglas (no last name provided) regarding mobile home park litigation concerns and Tony Maldonado regarding part-time/seasonal City employee wages.
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, stated that the pending litigation item had no connection to mobile home parks.
CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Joseph Montes advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose of holding a:

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - TO BE HELD IN THE CARL BOYER ROOM Mayor Miranda recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 5:19 p.m.
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Miranda reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:25 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that the Council unanimously approved the filing of a civil nuisance abatement action, seeking the appointment of a receiver, for the property located at 28797 Bouquet Canyon Road.

Mayor Miranda adjourned the Special Meeting at 6:25 p.m.
