NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
On October 28, 2025, the City Council scheduled a Public Hearing to be held before the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita in the City Hall Council Chambers, 23920 Valencia Boulevard, First Floor, Santa Clarita, California, on the 25th day of November, 2025, at or after 6:00 p.m. to consider adopting an ordinance incorporating the 2025 California Building Standards Code consisting of the Administrative, Building, Residential, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Historical Building, Energy, Existing Building, Fire, Green Building Standards, and Referenced Standards Codes, including certain appendices and local amendments, and repealing and replacing Titles 18 through 22, Title 24, and Chapter 25.01 of Title 25 of the Santa Clarita Municipal Code.
Proponents, opponents, and any interested persons may appear and be heard on this matter at that time. A copy of the building codes with local amendments is available for viewing at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 23920 Valencia Boulevard, Suite 120, Santa Clarita, California.
If you wish to challenge this action taken on this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the City Council, at, or before, the public hearing.
