Mayor Weste called to order the Special Meeting of the City Council at 5:01 p.m.

Mayor Weste reconvened the meeting to Open Session at 6:08 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Joseph Montes announced that no action was taken in Closed Session that was required to be reported.
