NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Government Code section 4217.12, the City of Santa Clarita Council will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments from the public on the proposed implementation of the City’s Energy Infrastructure Modernization Program. The Council will review findings that demonstrate the cost of the program will be less than the anticipated marginal cost of thermal, electrical, or other energy that would have been consumed in the absence of those purchases. The Council will also consider adoption of a resolution to authorize agreements for implementing, financing, and monitoring the program.
The public hearing will take place at the City Council’s regularly scheduled public meeting on Tuesday June 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 23920 Valencia Blvd., 1 st Floor, Santa Clarita, CA 91355.
