Study Sessions are for the purpose of allowing the City Council, Commissioners, and staff to informally discuss and better understand major issues currently before the City. Pursuant to GC 54954.3 members of the public may directly address the legislative body concerning any item that has been described in the notice for the meeting. Following the presentation of the item the Mayor will inquire if any member of the public wishes to address the Council/Commissions on the item listed. Speakers will be given one minute (with double the time allotted to non-English speakers using a translator) to address the Council/Commissions on the item listed.
Council/Commissions will not be taking comment on any other matter at this time.

ITEM 1 2027 PUBLIC ART REPORT AND ARTS COMMISSION WORK PLAN The City Council and Arts Commission will receive an update on public art projects in accordance with the City’s Public Art Planning and Selection Process, as well as the Arts Commission’s 2027 priorities and areas of focus under the Arts Master Plan 2035: Vision and Action.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: City Council and Arts Commission receive a presentation on the 2027 Public Art Report and Arts Commission Work Plan.

PUNTO 1 INFORME DE ARTE PÚBLICO 2027 Y PLAN DE TRABAJO DE LA COMISIÓN DE ARTES
El Ayuntamiento y la Comisión de las Artes recibirán información actualizada sobre los proyectos de arte público de acuerdo con el Proceso de Planificación y Selección de Arte Público de la Ciudad, así como sobre las prioridades y áreas de enfoque de la Comisión de las Artes para Página 2
2027, según el Plan Maestro de las Artes 2035: Visión y Acción.
ACCIÓN RECOMENDADA : El Ayuntamiento y la Comisión de Artes reciben una presentación sobre el Informe de Arte Público de 2027 y el Plan de Trabajo de la Comisión de Artes.
