Factory Options: With the exception of Dennis Eagle, factory ordered options will be discounted at the same rate as the standard options per model within each OEM.

Optional Equipment Post Build: Some OEM factory equipment can be added to the quote of the vehicle postproduction. However, this is on a case-by-case basis and will be added to the quote without subsequent discount. Examples of this include additional key fobs, additional service manuals, etc.

Extended Warranty: All extended service contracts will need to be discussed and quoted individually with the client based on their requested coverage type, term length, and operation of the vehicle.

Upfitting & Accessories: Rush Truck Centers will work with the client and our third-party upfitting vendors to provide turnkey solutions. Due to the custom nature of potential upfit, each solution will be discussed and agreed upon between the Rush Truck Center Sales Representative and the Sourcewell client at the time of quote.

Factory Destination & Delivery: Destination and delivery charges are charged by each OEM for the delivery of vehicles from the factory to either the upfit facility or the dealership. the end user. The additional freight charges will be included in the quote for the unit and is not subject to discount.

Credit Card Payment: Rush Truck Centers accepts credit card and P-card payments for parts and service invoices only. We do not accept credit cards or P-Cards for the purchase of vehicles.

Ancillary Dealership Pricing: Charges that are not accounted for in the discounts off of factory list pricing includes:
• Storage/Service Pack—Not to exceed $2,500.00
• Final Delivery Inspection/Wash – Not to exceed $750.00 • Doc Fee (where applicable) – Not to exceed $325.00

1. BMO Harris Bank N.A. (“Bank”) financed or will finance the acquisition of each vehicle that Rush Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Rush”) will in turn sell to you on deferred payment terms (“Vehicle”). Bank’s agreement with Rush requires that Bank’s security interest in each Vehicle continue until Bank receives the full amount that Bank financed for such Vehicle. Based on that agreement, your purchase of a Vehicle will be subject to Bank’s prior, unrelinquished security interest, which will continue until Bank receives the total amount that Bank financed for such Vehicle.

2. By written notice to you, Bank may require you to pay the purchase price for Vehicles directly to Bank. If you pay any portion of the purchase price for a Vehicle directly to Bank, Rush will credit such payment(s) against the amount you owe to Rush.

3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, on full payment for a Vehicle, Rush shall ensure that the Vehicle is free and clear of any liens, mortgages, security interests or other encumbrances of third parties, including BMO, and shall pay all amounts necessary to discharge any such encumbrance.
