1. CORE Funding Recommendations (CM)
Motion to:
1) Approve Recommended Awards from the Collective of Results and Evidence-based (CORE) Investments Request for Proposals (RFP) process; and
2) Approve Agreement between City of Santa Cruz (City) and County of Santa Cruz (County) related to CORE funding and contract administration; and
3) Direct staff to return to the Council on June 28, 2022 with final CORE contract awards; and
4) Direct staff to return on or before February 28, 2023 with an update on the evaluation of the CORE RFP process and community stakeholder process; and
5) Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the County of Santa Cruz to administer the jointly-funded CORE contracts, reporting and funding distribution.
