Call to Order – Vice Mayor Watkins called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. via Zoom and in Council Chambers.

Vice Mayor Watkins closed the public comment period.
MOTION: Councilmember Meyers moved, seconded by Councilmember Golder, to accept the report on the effects of the Our Downtown, Our Future (Measure O) initiative.
FRIENDLY AMENDMENT: Councilmember Brown requested to add that Council also accept the Measure O supplement report as an additional basis for considering the impact of the measure. Councilmember Meyers did not accept.
ACTION: The motion carried with the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Kalantari-Johnson, Golder, Cummings, Meyers; Vice Mayor Watkins.
NOES: Councilmember Brown.
ABSENT: Mayor Brunner.
DISQUALIFIED: None.
