(Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)): One Case Mayor Martin recessed the meeting at 5:34 p.m.
Mayor Martin reconvened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.

City Attorney, Ivy M. Tsai provided a closed session report: Direction was given to staff and no reportable action was taken.
