CONSENT AGENDA
RESIDENTIAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS 2024-2025 - AWARD OF CONTRACT (PUBLIC WORKS)
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1) Award a construction contract to Toro Enterprises, Inc., of Oxnard, California in the amount of $6,059,065.00 for the construction of the Residential Street Improvements 2024-2025 Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 82 to Southstar Engineering, Inc., for On-Call Professional Engineering Services for Construction Management and Inspection Services for $90,000; and
3) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
