CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Rodriguez called the meeting to order at 12:01 p.m.

CONSENT CALENDAR
1. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 10033 APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE LOS ANGELES
URBAN COUNTY PROGRAM
1. Adopt Resolution No. 10033, approving participation in the Los Angeles Urban County Program for CDBG funds; and
2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to sign a cooperation agreement with the County of Los Angeles
City Manager, Rene Bobadilla, provided background information regarding the Resolution, and outlined its purpose, emphasizing the benefits to the city if the resolution is approved.
It was moved by Councilmember Martin, and seconded by Councilmember Rounds, to approve the Consent Calendar, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmembers Rounds, Mora, Martin, and Mayor Pro Tem Rodriguez Noes: None.
Absent: Mayor Zamora
Recuse: None.
