CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Zamora called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

1. CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL-ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
(Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d) (2): Two (2) potential cases.
Significant Exposure to Litigation.
Mayor Zamora recessed the meeting at 5:02 p.m.
Mayor Zamora reconvened the meeting at 6:23 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney, Rick Olivarez provided the following closed session report: All City Councilmembers met in closed session with the exception of Mayor Zamora. They discussed the two potential cases for closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2). No reportable action was taken.

REGULAR BUSINESS
2. CITY COUNCIL REORGANIZATION - MAYOR
Discussion and possible action regarding reorganization of the City Council, including consideration of the removal of the current Mayor from the office of Mayor, selection and appointment of a Councilmember to serve as Mayor, and any related actions concerning the office It was moved by Councilmember Mora and seconded by Councilmembers Rounds, Martin, and Mayor Pro Tem Rodriguez to reorganize the City Council by removing the current Mayor from the office of Mayor, appointing Mayor Pro Tem Rodriguez to serve as Mayor, and appointing Councilmember Martin to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Rounds, Mora, Martin, Rodriguez
Noes: Zamora
Absent: None
Recuse: None
ADJOURNMENT
Councilmember Zamora adjourned the meeting at 6:26 p.m.
