Subject: Downtown Permit for the Heritage Walk Lofts
We have amicable relationship with the Santa Maria Planning Department. As per their request we have submitted to the planning department our parking space requirements. Currently it appears that our parking space requirements will be addressed. However, as more projects are developed at this site our parking space requirements could be impacted. We are formally requesting that church parking lot space signage be implemented. The syntax for the parking lot space signage could read No Parking on Sundays from 8:00 AM until Noon. We hope our positive dialog with the Santa Maria Planning department will continue.
