RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MARIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NCE TO
PERFORM INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET DATA COLLECTION
SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need to collect infrastructure asset data related to sidewalks, signage, and curb ramps; and
WHEREAS, the objective is to build a comprehensive data base to be utilized for maintenance and future improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, the Request for Proposals from NCE was found to be responsive and the most qualified to conduct the Infrastructure Asset Data Collection services.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Maria, California, as follows:
1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to approve and execute on behalf of the City a Professional Services Agreement with NCE.
2. The Chief Deputy City Clerk is hereby authorized to make m inor changes herein to address clerical errors, so long as substantial conformance of the intent of this document is maintained. In doing so, the Chief Deputy City Clerk shall consult with the City Manager and City Attorney concerning any changes deemed necessary.
