AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
I, Alexandra Valadez, hereby declare that I am the Assistant City Clerk of the City Clerk’s Office for the City of Santa Maria; that the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting which was to be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, has been cancelled; and that a copy of said Notice of Cance llation was posted in a conspicuous place near the door of the City of Santa Maria Council Chambers where the meeting was to be held, on the City bulletin board outside City Hall, at the Santa Maria Public Library , and on the City’s website.
